In normal times, it goes without saying that the health and safety of our employees and guests is our number one priority. Since these are not normal times, we want to assure you we remain diligent in maintaining a clean and safe environment for producing and serving food. To that end, we are strengthening our already high sanitation standards and adding all appropriate additional safety measures to do our part to halt the spread of Covid-19.

While we are home and socially distancing ourselves, we wanted to take the opportunity to share what we have been thinking about prior to this pandemic. We are interested in some semblance of normalcy and need to grow and develop professionally. We will continue to share our knowledge along the way and keep seeking.
